Any fundraising event involving the name of St. Mary’s School needs to be handled in the following way:
- Two people must count the money after each fundraising event
- The money must be turned in (to the school office or the PTO Treasurer) including a piece of paper stating the total amount, purpose for the money, and the signatures of the two people who counted the money.
- This money muist be turned into the office or PTO officer within the next business day after the event is done.
- If the fundraising money is for a class fieldtrip, this money will be kep in the school’s account as a separate line item until the class is ready to use the funds.
