Happy Friday, SMCS Families!

A week from today we have a half day.  March 19th brings the end of the third marking period with the afternoon dedicated to preparing report cards.  March 19th has a staggered dismissal from 10:30-11:00 a.m.

Wow, families have been doing a great job selling jackpot raffle tickets!  Thank you!  Please see below if you need more tickets, see below in bold regarding returning sold tickets and checks/cash, and also see below in red if you would like to sell tickets after a Mass.  Thank you.

Wishtree Wall of Fame trivia winners from the last two weeks.

Have a great weekend, everyone!

2021 Jackpot Raffle

Here is the 2021 Jackpot Raffle incentive to sell more tickets!  Let’s sell all the tickets to make for a successful fundraiser once more for our school.  If you have sold your tickets and need more, please contact the office.

As you sell your tickets, please turn them in along with checks/cash.  We have received word from folks who have purchased tickets indicating checks that were written a month or two ago have not been cashed.  There is a bin labeled “office” in the south entrance (playground side).  When you are buzzed in, just indicate you are dropping off tickets and funds, then place them in the bin.  Someone from the office will remove them straight away.  Thank you.

Tickets may be sold after Mass at various parishes!  Please find the list of places and times to sign-up to sell.  You do not have to be Catholic to sell after a Mass!

Reminders Recess Duty
Please continue signing up to assist with recess.  Please click here  to sign up to help with monitoring recess.  Recess runs from 11:20-12:40 Monday – Friday.  The booking page is password protected for the safety of our students; please do not share it.

Recess duty information may be found here.

Student Absences
If your child(ren) will be absent, please contact the school no later than 9:00 a.m.  Either call the office, leave a message if necessary, or email the office/your child’s teacher.  We need to know your child is safe and to not expect him/her at school that day.

Amazon Smile
Online shopping during COVID-19 has doubled.  Amazon.com accounts for nearly 40% of all online shopping.  Have you purchased anything on Amazon recently? These Amazon purchases can help raise money for St Mary’s Catholic School!   See these directions for how to set up smile.amazon.com to donate directly to our school.

SMCS participates in SCRIP, a program that helps fund the school by purchasing gift cards to popular stores.  The updated fillable SCRIP Order Sheet may be used to place your SCRIP cards order.  If you have any questions, please email Theresa Miller at tmiller@eupschools.org or call the school office. 906-635-6141
